Texas Congresswoman Eddie Bernice Johnson in an interview with NBC 5 thinks women bear some of the responsibility in preventing sexual harassment and abuse. Rep. Johnson said she was disappointed and angered by the allegations of sexual harassment, abuse and misconduct against Hollywood heavyweight Harvey Weinstein. Barack and Michelle Obama  have selected the artists who will paint their portraits for the Smithsonian’s National Portrait Gallery, the museum announced Friday. According to the National Portrait Gallery’s website, Obama tapped renowned New York-based artist Kehinde Wiley.
